By using the Arem Terapi platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use.

If you do not accept the terms, you must not use the platform.

Arem Terapi is a digital platform that organizes online or in-person therapy sessions with verified therapists.

The platform does not provide emergency medical intervention. In emergencies, call 112 or your local emergency number.

To book appointments, you must register with a valid email address and provide KVKK/GDPR consents.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.

Appointment requests are subject to therapist approval. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are specified on the therapist profile.

For late cancellations, your therapist's cancellation policy applies.

Session fees are listed on the therapist profile. Payments are processed securely through the platform.

Invoice requests can be sent to info@aremterapi.com.

Therapy services are provided by the therapist you choose. Arem Terapi acts as an intermediary platform.

Liability for temporary disruptions due to platform outages or third-party infrastructure issues is limited.

These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be announced on the platform.
